O’ Man, you should not leave your hearth and home , and wander from door to door;
Lead a normal family life, do not become an ascetic wearing saffron clothes.
O’ man do not go begging alms, by assuming false appearance and wandering aimlessly;
Earn your bread on your own and do not be burden on others.
Always submit cheerfully to the will of God and do not waste your life in doubts and
delusions;
Avtar says, the fourth pledge is to lead life as a householder and not to become a pretender.

Meaning
O’ man, you should not leave your home, and wander from place to place. However, lead a normal family life and need not to put on saffron clothes. O’ man, you are not going to gain anything by begging alms, assuming false appearance and wandering aimlessly. You should earn your livelihood on your own, and do not be a burden on others.
You should always submit cheerfully to the Will of God, and do not waste your precious human life in doubts and delusions. Avtar says, the fourth pledge is to lead life as a householder, and not getting into the false appearances.
